hi sorry all this is new to me, have just found out that im pregnant and really scared! thought I was just going to be late as was having 'pre-period' cramps.....then the weeing and sore boobs kicked in, anyways have had the cramps for over a week now and today I've got a sharp pain going from behind my belly button straight down! can anyone tell me if this is normal please xxxx

I had a lot of cramps and period pain style backache in the first few weeks, I wouldnt been too concerned unless there is any bleeding, it all sounds like normal early pregnancy stuff to me. x x

slight pains are perfectly normal throughout pregnacy, dont be too worried Wink
