Post subject: Relief for headaches
Hi everyone I'm looking for some advice. I am currently 14 weeks+1 pregnant and suffering everyday with headaches. They are right across my forehead. I know I can take paracetamol but I don't want to be taking them everyday. The las 2 I took were on Wednesday night. I was just wondering if anyone else uses anything different.

Theres a stick of menthol style gel that you can rub on your forehead called 4head that works for me sometimes.. Depends on the type of headache. Paracetamol does not harm your baby though I'm taking the maximum amount every day albeit for a different reason x
