Glad to hear that your time off treated you well! YAY on getting back to the exercise and diet! That is really cool about the ab ball. Sounds like a fun way to work your abs. I am jealous I wish I could sit on one at work. I have never tried one. May have to look into it.
I can imagine you guys must be really busy with flowers. Do you spend alot of time there as well as your other job?
I achieved yesterdays exercise goal and chugged alot of water. I weighed in at 207.4 lbs yesterday morning and this morning I weighed in at 205.6 lbs. I know most of it has to be water weight but I am not going to complain about it. The weight loss was kind of motivating. I would like to lose at least 6 lbs before my appt on the 25th so if I stick to this weeks exercise plan and do as much next week I just might make it!
