Post subject: 30 day shred
Just wondering if anyone has done the 30 day shred and if so, what are your experiences of it?
I was doing Scottish slimmers for a few months and lost a bit of weight-was feeling really good about myself but now I can't go as hubby works shifts and I dont want to take my kids as it would be such a hassle. This would mean that I couldnt commit to going every week. Have out weight on after all teh effort in losing it and begining to feel a bit rubbish about myself. Have heard various stories about the shred but am unsure as I am not really a huge exercise fan!! But then again, if it really will help me then I might give it a go. Any experiences??
(Oh, also has anyone tried the Paul McKenna book??!)

I didn't get weighed as I wasn't dieting but just wanted to firm up flabby bits. But I did lose inches as my clothes stopped being tight on me. If you did do this combined with a diet you would deffo lose weight. I didn't diet.
It can be as brutal as you want it to be. She does it but she had two women doing it with her. One does easier moves and the other more brutal. Level one only lasts 20 minutes but I swear it works every muscle you have and there's there's loads if jumping about its fat burning too. This is the only DVD that I've found any good. It's great
