My movements didnt get into a routine until recently and your baby still has plenty of room to move around, may be kicking in the way or be tucked up in a cosy corner.

Try going for a bath and relaxing or a cold drink see if that helps.

Try not to worry.

I also started feeling baby move at around 15 1/2 weeks, and the movements were (what I thought to be) really strong... but then suddenly I didn't feel him for more than 2 weeks! Needless to say I was extremely upset, and when I got to the doctor, he told me that is is perfectly normal, and that baby has his quiet times and sometimes he does move, but he is facing the wrong direction for me to be able to feel it.

I would suggest you see your doctor or midwife, and request to listen to the heartbeat, and make them aware of your fears. This might just put you at ease if you hear it from your own specialists.

Every thing is fine i went to see my midwife at her office at the local reasearch centre. Heard babies heart beat and alls fine......
BUT....yestarday morning my partner was told he is diabetic and had a blood sugar level of 32.7 which is really high. I mentioned this to the midwife and she wasnt happy about it said he needed to be in hospital to get the sugar levels down. So she had him checked over by a doctor who checked his blood sugars again and they were still 27.4 so he was admitted to hospital further blood tests showed his kidneys had also nearly stopped working due to de-hydration.
So because i moaned about the baby not moving he ended up in hospital the docs said another 24-48 hrs and he would have collapsed and would have been in intensive care. Funny thing is i can feel the baby moving again tonight. Rolling Eyes

Hi

Wow that's an amazing story, it just shows everything happens for a reason.

My baby still doesn't have a completely regular moving pattern, I spent all night last night fretting about baby moving and finally got out the doppler at 7:30 and heard babys heartbeat. He's moved quite a lot since then too.

Maybe LO is already testing our heart strength for when he is older and we lose them in the supermarket! lol
