we having a chippie tea

BUT

Really simple tea I made yesterday, get some ready made pesto (green is best for this) and cover some pork steaks or chops. Leave to marinate for a few hours, cook on 180 for about 20 mins (depending on thickness) serve with pots and veg or even pesto pasta Smile

This willsound really lazy but OH and I just had krafts cheesey pasta with tuna through it with croquette potatoes lol Embarassed the boys had spag bol at my mum's Smile

Tomorrow I'm making beef stew with mashed potatoes x

Up here? How northen are you?
Think its cos I dont always 'bake' them..just zap them in the microwave and 'crisp'them in the oven a bit lol

I've never heard anyone in Scotland say they're havin a jacket potato lol only ever heard it on telly lol
