Post subject: 10 weeks pregnant
I'm 10 weeks and 3 days pregnant and the nausea is killing me. Yesterday I had morning sickness all day. I named it "All-day Sickness"!! I was throwing up every other minute, had a bad migraine and I slept almost the entire day (when I wasn't busy throwing up). Today, the migraine is gone but I still feel really lightheaded and I have a heartburn. Anyone has a remedy or something to get rid of this feeling? ITS REALLY TERRIBLE!!!!!!!

firstly congratulations!

and.... if you get an answer please tell me! Only thing that is helping me are ice cold drinks and plenty of them, small meals little and often x

I know. Normally when I feel this way, a nice cold bottle of coke would soothe the feeling but now that I'm pregnant I had to cut it out.

Smh, I really dont know how to cope with it. I cry a lot because I can't, lol.
