You can get glycerol based cough medicines from 3 months and use a saline nasal drop/spray. xx _________________

Lola constantly has some kind of illness!
We dose her up on calpol, and ibuprofen at the same time. We have a calpol vapour thingy that you plug into the wall, we got it from asda and it comes with refills
We also used 'snuffle baby' (baby vic) on her clothing and my favourite was the saline spray (not that I could get it up her nose these days) xx _________________

You can get baby cough syrups and there's also saline sprays which you can spray up his nose to clear it a bit. Also karvol is good for nighttime to help them breathe x _________________

If my boys ever have a cold, on a night I wet a towel and put children's olbas oil drops on it and leave it on the warm radatior. It seems to help them breath a bit easier on a evening. I also prop there cot/bed up at the head end, that helps too!
Hope your little man is feeling better soon! _________________

I found the nasal spray really helped and raising their head slightly (especially if they are snotty) x _________________
