Post subject: 11 WEEKS PREGNANT
Hola,

I'm exactly 11 weeks and 4 days pregnant and all I ever seem to do lately is throw up, a lot! I have done several online research and they all stated that by the 11th week, the vomiting should subside, however, all pregnancy is unique so it does not apply to all pregnant women (bummer). I have been experiencing crazy nausea this week also. Sometimes I get dizzy and feel like I'm about to pass out on the floor. I have another visit with my OB 2moro, nut until then I just want to know that I'm not alone going through this. And if any of you ladies have remedies for these feelings, please share.. Desperately want them to stop. Crying or Very sad

everyones experience with sickness is different.. with my first 2 i was sick from the day i found out till bang on 12 weeks then it calmed down/stopped.. this time i wasnt sick until 9 weeks but was sick until later ( about 16 weeks) and occasionally still after.. unfortunately for my sister in law. shes 33 weeks today and still being sick, if not everyday at least most days..

the research i did pointed to early symptoms stopping around 12-16 weeks due to the placenta starting to take over and do some of the work for you...

hope you start to feel better soon xxxx

Congratulations!

I didnt suffer at all with my first and with this one i had all day "morning" sickness that lasted until about week 9.

Ive read it can take up to 14 weeks before they stop Sad . Morning sickness is ment t b a sign of a strong pregnancy.

Things i found helped were:

seasickness bands
eaten small meals
drinking lemonade (the traditional kind)
having a nap in the day really helped me.

Congratulations again, i guess that means you will be an October Mummy like me.

Yea I am, and it seems so far away Sad I can no longer eat a full meal. I didn't even tried but I notice that I couldn't eat an entire meal at all. I now eat in small portions more frquently. Yesterday the vomiting was so bad. Any and everything I put in my mouth, I threw up... even water!!! I had some green plums today after lunch and it really kept down the food. I didn't even feel like I was puking earlier. Wink
