Post subject: Not sleeping
I don't know if my body is preparing itself for a crying baby but I'm really struggling to sleep at night. I'm going to bed at 10.30/11ish which I've always done and getting to sleep absolutely fine. But then I'm waking up just before 4am every day and not getting back to sleep till gone 5.30am. It's not that I'm uncomfortable/needing the toilet/got a lot on my mind, I just seem to be wide awake. I didn't let it bother me at first but getting up at 7am for work I'm starting to get really tired.
Is this normal? Has anyone got any advice?
