Post subject: Anyone else suffer with 'Mummy Thumb'?
Hi Smile

I have been suffering from painful thumbs for some time now and so did some research. There is a condition called 'Mummy (or Mommy) Thumb' which basically some new mums get from lifting their babies. Pain at base of thumbs and through tendons up into the wrist.

Has anyone else had this?

x

Nope, sounds logical though.

I take coconut oil daily for help with joints and my skin.hopefully that will stop it.
Good luck x x

Proper name for condition is de quervain's tenosynovitis apparently!

Do you have a liquid coconut oil. I have coconut oil in the house that I use for cooking but it is solid.
