Post subject: Names with T in them
So we can't decide what to call our boy. We really like the name carter BUT my problem is will people say cart-ah and not pronounce the t in it?! A few people
Say they won't but some already have and I don't know whether it will
Grate on me?? The other name I like is Greyson but hubby doesn't or we like Joshua.

Has anyone had any experience with Ts in their name?

Thanks Smile

We hav a two similar problems with H and F. F names arnt really an option as our surname is flint and doubling up never sounds good. But the biggest thing with H names is every1 on my dads side due to theor rural farmer like up bringin g cannot prounouce theor hs properly. So harry harriet holly all becom3 arry arriet and olly. Which is annoying cus I like a lot of h names Sad

i like the name Carter too. i think you should stick to what you like. no matter how you pronounce a name, people will still get it wrong. so long as the spelling is correct.
so i wouldnt worry too much. i've been a couple of names in my lifetime.xx
