Post subject: New to all this forum lark!! weaning twins age 6 1/2 months
My wife and I already had a daughter when we found out we were having twins. We got over the initial shock but she endured a hard pregnancy. When the babies arrived, we soon ralised it was going to be hard work. We are now at weaning stage and the babies are eating pretty well and having formula, but still wake a lot in the night for bottles.
It is not so bad when i am at home, but I work nights some times and this puts more pressure on my wife, as well ast our other daughter waking up due to the noise etc.
Anyone else in the same boat?

I'm on the AskBaby team here (welcome!)
I can't say I'm in the same boat, but I got to meet my (first!) nephew over the weekend, only 1 day old. His father works shifts too, so it'll be interesting to see how he copes...
I guess the only way to take the pressure off your wife (for those nights you're not there) is to make sure you do as much as possible when you are?
THE most helpful advice in the world? I think not - sorry!
