Post subject: Dyspraxia
Hi all

Before i get to the point of my post its probably appropriate to say im an old, old user.
Used to be an "admin"... curlytots.
Yes! Hi.
Hope everyone is well.

Anyhoo,
im looking for other parental support from those who have a child with dyspraxia. We are currently going through this process and are really struggling for support/advice.
AB was the first place i thought of.

Any advice would be fantastic

I don't really know much about it. Are there different variations in it. A friend of mine has said his child's teacher has said they think his son has it. He was shocked. But I don't know much about it. I will be seeing if anyone else has any thoughts. Hope you get your answers!

Hey, which type?

My son was diagnosed with verbal dyspraxia a few years ago but he had glue ear at the same time so I'm not sure how accurate that diagnosis was. He had very delayed speech and his speech, when he did try and talk at three sounded very odd and disordered.

I can help with this type, not sure about the other dyspraxia as not had any dealings of that one, sorry.

Xx
