Post subject: morning
My son is 26mths and recently is gettingup soooo, today he has been awake since 5! I leave hin in bed but he will continually shout for me and so to prevent him waking my 4 yr old i eventually need to givein. The frustrating thing is he is blooming knackered when up and half asleep by mid morning! Any ideas?

My son went through a stage of waking up ridiculously early too a few months ago and it only got better when we limited his daytime to no more than an hour and also to make sure it wasn't too late in the day. The early starts also coincided when we moved him from a cot to a bed and I think he would wake up and then realise he could just get up and out. Things did get better and now we are back to normal 6.30/7am wake up.

Good luck! xx
