Post subject: bipolar disorder
I was addicted to suboxone for 4 years and I quitted it with my self-confidence and by the support of my family. Now, Iím suffering from bipolar disorder and my doctor prescribed me same drug( suboxone). As per his advice, I started using it and addicted to it again. I tried hard to quit it, but canít. I think quitting the second time is much harder than the first. What should I do? One of my friends suggested me to join in Canada alcohol and drug rehab center, an addiction treatment center in Calgary ( http://www.canadadrugrehab.ca/ ). Does rehab take care patients with bipolar too? Is there anybody here who is addicted to suboxone and bipolar too? What drug are you using for the treatment? Kindly share your experience and advises.

There are other resources out there too. Try this website http://www.orbeok.ca/, they have a doctor finder that will help you find an opioid specialist in your area who will be able to look over more options with you. They also share stories of recovery to make sure you stay on the positive path to feeling OK again. Hope this helps!!
