Post subject: Advice on return 2 work
I had my little boy almost 17weeks n due 2 return 2 work end of August n its gettin my reli down n i dont want 2 return 2 work n miss out all of the new things my little boy does what is my rights on maternity pay will I have 2 pay the money back x

If you're in the UK you can extend maternity leave as long as you give 8 weeks' notice. You can take up to a year but the last 6 months will be unpaid.
Your company cannot take back statutory maternity pay, but they can take back any pay over and above this (if they have a company mat pay scheme).
This link explains it better and in more detail than I can, but as I said, this is for UKso if you're somewhere else I have no idea.
