Agnus Castus

Post subject: Agnus Castus Hello,
For the past 2 weeks i have been taking Agnus Castus (liquid form) 3 times daily. I was told that it helps regulate menstrual cycles. Has anyone tried it? And if so, how long did it take for it to work?? P x Posted: Tue Feb 19, 2008 1:29 am
Post subject: well i havent heard of that but i would certainly be interested to find out if it does help/work. I am really desperate to conceive, me and my husband have been together 10 yrs and ive never got pregnant, although we havent been trying as such, it has never happened, now i am getting pretty much obsessed with ttc and with only having roughly 3 periods a year im willing to give anything a go! Although ive been reading you dont actually have to have a periiod to mean you have ovulated, my sister conceived with no periods for many months, so i have just bought 50 ovulation strips and will be testing like a crazed woman no doubt! Anyway, let me know how you get on with that stuff.......
