i have monitored my cycle for a while now and i really want to try to get pregnant during my next ovulation which is first week in march. any aadvice on dos and don't will be appreciated . thanks

Im just as frustrated!!!
I did hear a tip which might help. One lady was told by her doctor that her cervix was quite high. I think this might be the case with me as the doctor struggled to remove the copper coil I had. anyway in her post she was advised after BD (Baby dance) to lie down for as long as possible afterwards (up to an hour if possible) she has since had a BFP. Apparently this gives ......... a little bit of assistance!!!
It might be incorrect but Im willing to give it a go where possible.
