Post subject: Someone to take care of autistic child Hi, I have been desperately looking for a nanny/mothers-help or some one who may or may not have experience in taking care of special-needs children, but its my sister who really needs a patient and understanding carer, to take her 9 yr old son with autism to his residential/boarding school in Swindon on Monday mornings at 8.15am and pick him up on Fridays. I usually help with the pick up & drop, and other chores. But since I’m going to be shifting soon, I wish to make an alternate arrangement for them. Please advice.

Post subject: Hi. I saw your post and couldn’t help noticing that you have been doing a very noble thing.
Yet I’m not so sure if I can really help you here. Well, I found my nanny last year through Tinies Childcare, I thought maybe trying them would be worth a shot. If you check out http://www.tinies.com you should be able to find your local branch, and find out if they have someone suitable to take care of your autistic nephew. Hope that helps. Best of luck
