hi my name is crystal
this may sound weird but im new to this what does it mean when ur bodt temp goes up?
i haven checked mine but over the last couple of days i have been feeling hot tired and nausea?????

Hi Crystal

It all depends where you are on your cycle, which day are you on?
A temp rise is normally from the day you ov to the run up to your af {period}.
