Over 15 mths of trying and a miscarraige almost a year to the day and finally yesterday took a clear blue digital test which confirmed I am pregnant. Hubby and I are over the moon so excited.

Just got to wait now for the docs to confirm it and hopefully will get a scan early to make sure everything is ok, cant help but worry.

After all this time its taking a while to sink in I hope this helps others that are ttc and give them some hope as I know ours was starting to disappear x x

hi bond hun thats fantastic news i got my defiate bfp on clearblue digital this morning too!!! done a few FRER with faint lines so it was great to see it in black & white this morning. i feel a bit worried though too as i m/c in sept. i do feel different this time though, i feel 'more' pregnant than last time (if that makes any sense).
congratulations hun and good luck at the docs when do you go? ive got mine tomorrow. how far gone are you? xxx

Post subject: So excited
Thankyou Kate1975

Ineedbabydust, I also used FRER and got very faint lines to begin with but counld't resist testing with clear blue digital as seeing it in black and white just made it feel so much more real. Sorry to hear about your m/c its such a terrible thing to have to go through. I was feeling a bit sick at the start of last week which is kind of what made me take the test initially I just thought I'd picked up a bug. Have you had any preg symptoms yet? I must be mad but I cant wait to get morning sickness Laughing will just make it a bit more real then. My last AF was 1st Oct so think I about 4wks 5 days the way they calculate it. How about you? Got the docs on Wed handed in a sample today.

bondgirl....ive had loads of symptoms actually my first feelings were really sore breasts last week, then had sore throat and cold...im never ill!! then i had real bad insomnia for 3 days...had that on my last preg. and strangly from saturday to present i cant get enough of tomatoes...normally dont eat them!!! ive had a few pangs of nausea today not too bad more of a loss of appetite i barely ate a chicken sandwich for tea!! feel tired today too but that could be due to lack of sleep. oh and very snappy and emotional!!! .....so all in alll think ive had all the symptoms possible over the last week!!! i didnt have anything like this last time the only thing i remember was a heightened sense of smell...hence why i feel different this time!!!
good luck with docs xxx

Post subject: Why do doc's take ages to give you results?
Thanks you to everyone for your congratulations.

Handed in my sample to the doctors on Monday so they can confirm BFP as yet they still dont have the result, it would drive you mad. Dont know why they have to send it to a lab anyway you think it would be easier for them to test on site like they do at the family planning clinics. (AARgh thats my rant over with for today Mad Laughing )

Hope everyone is else is keeping well x
