confused !!!

Can someone help me im a little confused! been a member for some time now and got ust to my dates then i log on and its changed???? does this mean my concieving date and lmp has changed too??? bcuz my doc states im 22wks pregnant and here it states im 23????? plzzzzz help lol! xxx p.s i do understand theres a difference of two weeks of period and concieving but i gotta say im totally off mark now DUE DATE - 02/08/2008  Posted: Sun Mar 30, 2008 7:07 am

I get a little confused about this as well but i think what has happened is that you are 22 weeks pregnan, therefore in your 23rd week of pregnancy. Make sense? i.e. when you were two days pregnant you were 0 weeks pregnant but in your forst week of pregnancy. Hope this helps (and that i'm not speaking complete rubbish!). Post subject: This has happened to me also. Im 27 weeks pregnant, as confirmed by midwife, yet this web page tells me im 28 weeks pregnant!!! Im also a memeber of other web sites and they seem to have my weeks right.

Sorry for the confusion - we're going to put a 'guide' in later this week to make things a little clearer. Basically, as DanandKelly said, the page refers to the week of pregnancy you are in rather than how many weeks pregnant you are. For example if you are 27 weeks and a day pregnant you are in the 28th week of your pregnancy so the page would state that you are '28 weeks pregnant'. I hope this helps - let me know if you me to explain this further

Post subject: Ok lets see if this helps. Would you agree that when your baby is say 2months old you could say he is in his 1st year of life?
Well the same works during your pregnancy. For example when you are 2 days pregnant you are in week 1, your 1st week of pregnancy. When you are 22wks and 1 day you have now entered your 23wk. Make sense to you guys? _________________  Posted: Thu May 15, 2008 10:22 am

i am 8 weeks and 4 days pg so does this mean i am in my 9th week of pregnancy!!! and when i get to 9 weeks on sunday i will actually be entering my 10th week of pregnancy!!! sorry if i have confused people!! tash xxx _________________
