if you are planning on breastfeeding, try to limit the soaps or shower gels, to non perfumed ones, and use a roll on rather than spray deodorant, any taste on the nipple can put the wee one off

Its the bottle rather than the drink, if you`re sore after delivery you can squirt yourself with water during/straight after a wee to stop the stinging Smile

Nail clippers, only because i`ve forgotten everytime, when pregnant my nails are lovely and strong and long so I make the most of them but usually forget to trim them before birth and usually end up having to sit there and bite them off if they get in the way Laughing

hi
yep my hosiptal told me as they only support breast feeding there will be no bottles/formula and anything else you need for bottle feeding
(unless for a medical reason)
so best check if you are planning bottle feeding

something i rememberd that i will deff be taking this time round.always night time towels.last time i used the maternity sanitary towels from mothercare, they are really thick and chunky, more like matresses than towels!! i was unfortunate enough to end up with loads of stitches, and using the thick towels was agony, each time i sat up the towel pressed against the stitches oooowwww.when i got home i switched to the always ones and found them to be much better.
also some pure fruit juice, try to keep things moving Wink .x
