Post subject: if you are planning on breastfeeding, try to limit the soaps or shower gels, to non perfumed ones, and use a roll on rather than spray deodorant, any taste on the nipple can put the wee one off

Post subject: hi u was saying about hospital not having blankets for baby but my hospital don't have milk or bottles they will supply first one if u not got it but other then that u have to bring in ur own
little tip u might find it gross but when i had my 2nd he grazed me on way out, in the toilets in the hospital they had B-days so i used to sit wrong way round and turn the tap on as i weed _________________ ![]()

Post subject: something i rememberd that i will deff be taking this time round.always night time towels.last time i used the maternity sanitary towels from mothercare,they are really thick and chunky,more like matresses than towels!! i was unfortunate enough to end up with loads of stitches,and using the thick towels was agony,each time i sat up the towel pressed against the stitches oooowwww.when i got home i switched to the always ones and found them to be much better.
also some pure fruit juice,try to keep things moving _________________ ![]()
