My dad told it me and he thinks everything is funny so hear goes:-

A woman was doing a survey on what contraception methods they use. he spoke to the first person - i am on the pill.

The second - i use the coil

The third - we use condoms

the fourth - the biscuit tin

The woman replied the biscuit tin method whats that,she said my husband stands on the biscuit tin and as he is about to come i kick it, works everytime.

I thought it was pretty rubbish but he does try!
