achey hips and upper thighs

Post subject: achey hips and upper thighs has anyone else had this?
since having lily-ann i've had almost constant achey hips and upper thighs...i only really feel it when walking and if i sit with my legs crossed  _________________

Post subject: I had this with my first, did you have a vaginal delivery? I asked my doctor and she told me it was because of the position I was in and the fact that I had given birth to a large baby (8lbs 15) and had held on to my legs/thighs when I was pushing, my arms hurt as well.
If you're worried though, go and see your own doctor. It was quite a while before I felt back to normal.
