hiya im finding it really diffilcult aswell
i went and seen the local stop smoking midwife yesterday and found out that although there is no evidence to support it but i may have contributed to my 1st childs learning diffilculties by smoking in my 1st pregnancy because he was only 6lb 1 and couldve been born with a smaller brain than average so now im 11wks with my 2nd i honestly do want to give up and give this child a better chance my quit day is 2moro an i start the 16hr patches
it would be great to have a life without a cig in my hand been smoking 15yrs now and i know its going to be a real struggle but its best for us all and gd news is my oh has decided to quit with me so im sure although it will be stressfull at 1st we can and will do fingers crossed x _________________

I know how hard it is and myself have stopped smoking this pregnancy for the second time after stopping last time. I know it sounds mad but it's also the habit so what about trying to cut down day by day and then try the inhalator... the more you cut down the more you'll see the benefits, the last cigarette i had made me feel so ill and dizzy for about half an hour with a nicotine rush because i'd cut down so bloody much and i couldn't bear to smoke one now... xxxx _________________
