Refused part time work

Post subject: Refused part time work I am 3 months pregnant and my employer told me that a 'discussion' had been held where it has been decided that my current role can't be done part time. I haven't even left for maternity leave let alone apply for flexi working. Can they do this? Does any one have any advice on how to deal with this?
