Granada TV are making a programme looking at how to help young children who are overweight.

Families who take part will receive help and advice on nutrition, diet and exercise from leading experts who want to help to improve your child's health and happiness.

Or maybe your child has sucessfully lost weight and you would like to share your families success story.

Granada are looking for families whose child is 5 years or younger.
