So any other young parents out there?

Post subject: I was 19 when i first got pregnant with my daughter, i was 22 when i had my son, and im now 24 with baby number 3. im not at college or uni, i work nights, and i look after my kids all day. We have a high mortgage, and i feel we are always skint even though me and my husband work so hard to keep a roof over our heads.

Post subject: Im 23 and pregnant with baby no. 2. was planning on going to college to train to do midwifery but found out i was pregnant so have put it on hold for a while. hopefully i will be able to do it when ive had my little man and he is a bit older.

Post subject: Im 22 and expecting my first in late September when I'll be 23. Im also studying for my degree and IM NOT impressed with the lack of help there is out there for pregnant students!
Now the babys not planned and happened due to my pill failing not due to me being irresponsible but that doesn't mean Its not wanted, when I missed my period I thought that it was just the stress of spending most of christmas visiting my dying uncle so I didn't get emergency contraception and I dont believe in abortion. How is it fair that people that get pregnant really young are covered by all sorts of benefits but for students your not eligible for much apart from a few bursaries and if you take your maternity leave you lose your student loans. As Im due the day before enrolment for my third year Im going to have to take at least the first semester off and live back with my parent which isnt fair on the babys dad or my parents but financially there isnt another option. Grrr Im not a happy bunny about the situation
