Flapjack - so easy to make, and very yummy......
You will need:
-----------------
75g butter
50 - 75g light brown sugar (I always use 75g)
1 tablespoon of golden syrup (but I use runny honey)
175g porridge oats
white / milk and / or chocolate - as many as you like....
Method:
----------
Melt the butter, sugar and syrup / honey in a pan until all melted (takes about 3 - 5 minutes)
Take off heat and add the porridge oats and stir well (I add a bit at a time)
If you want to add some yummy chocolate chips / chunks, allow to cool then do it
Press into a tin
Bake in oven - 180 dc for about 25 mins (well, until the top just startes to brown)
Mark out squares / fingers whilst warm, but leave in tin until cool (mine gets eaten b4 it gets cool tho).......
