The last book I read was My Sister's Keeper by Jodi Picoult...it's about a girl who petitions for medical emancipation from her parents because she doesn't want to be a donor for her older sister who has leukemia anymore. It explores a lot of ethics, medical ethics and morals...has a really sad ending though, so watch out!
Another book I would recommend is The Handmaid's Tale, by Margaret Atwood...read it for A-level English Lit, was really good! I love both these books!! I am a real book worm to the point where my OH gets really frustrated with me coz i read sooo much. I read 3 shopaholic books im 2 days... _________________ ![]() ![]() Posted: Wed May 13, 2009 7:30 pm

One of my favourite book is 'A friend like Henry' by Nuala Gardner, a book about an autistic child and his relationship with the family dog. It was made into a film on the telly a couple of years ago. I also cant wait to go and see Angels and Demons, I read the book a couple of years ago but I literally couldnt put it down, i loved it! x

Post subject: I'm nearly finished a book called Sickened by Julie Gregory. It's a true storey of a young girls lost childhood, taken by her own mother. Its a fancinating book but a little upsetting in parts. I love true stories. I feel u can realate better with them.
