hi everyone, i just wanted to say how proud we are of our 2 year old son Evan, especially since his baby brother Elliot was born 3 weeks ago. for the entire pregnancy people kept telling me to expect Evan to turn into a complete nightmare when his bro arrived and to expect misbehaviour, jealousy etc and although i know its still early days, Evan has been an absolute angel and he loves his brother to bits.

i think it helped when we brought Elliot back home we didnt thrust him in his face but the first thing he did was go up to him and kiss him! he always helps out bathing him and enjoys changing his nappy (one time i turned away for a sec to grab wipes and turned back to find Elliot covered in sudocrem though!) and he always wants to hold him and says "i cuddle Ellit" (he cant say elliot!) and when Elliot cries he gets all concerned and goes over to comfort him - and the biggest thing of all - Evan gave Elliot his Roo-Roo to cuddle, his beloved kangaroo that never leaves his side and he let his baby bro have it- bless him.

i never thought Evan would have a problem anyway because he has such a kind nature, but soooo many people kept saying about it, i doubted myself. and im really, really proud of him!

so for those of you expecting a second as well - there is hope!!
