waiting 12 weeks to tell people is REALLY hard - especially if they all know you're trying, and have been for a while!!

Looking at this thread look like lots of you all due the same sort of time, lucky things Hope you're all doing OK, with no horrid sickness or problems.

The cramps and pains really do ease off soon for you - mine stopped at about 14 weeks, to be replaced by absolutely horrible hormone headaches for about a week, then I started to feel good again. Just do be careful of yurselves while you're having the pains - its a sign of all your ligaments relaxing and stretching ready for all the growth you're about to have - so you do have an increased risk of pulled and torn muscles, ligaments, tendons etc, and trapped nerves. So no bungee jumping!!!
