hello all,
my baby is 14 months old and me and my baby-we arrived in the u.s. in the month of dec.the problem now is that i lost his medical records and immunisation chart which is vital and without which i cannot go to the doctor's office to give my baby the next shot.all his previous shots were given according to the indian immunisation schedule.i really feel very bad and iam scared. pls help me with your suggestions and advice.

If you go to a doctor in the US would they be able to contact the health centre to find out whether there are copies anywhere?

as i had stated earlier, all of his previous shots were given in india.i am not sure about the health centre having a back-up.

try to remember what he has had when - if you look at the medical links at the top of ask baby it should give you an idea of what he should have had. Write it all down, take it along to the doctor and explain the situation. I'm sure they'll know what to do for the best.
