Post subject: Antioxidants Galore Hi.
I wanted to share a wonderful snack that I would always eat, and still continue to eat, when I was pregnant. Go get stirred strawberry yogurt, fill a cup half-way with it. Go get some frozen berries and put 2 tablespoons of berries into the cup. Fill the rest of the cup (should be about 1/4) with Quaker granola. Your mouth will melt, and your body will benefit. This is the best snack i've ever had in my life. I originally had this at a cafe in Italy. Hope ya'll love it! -Jess
