Post subject: stop smoke clinics i went to stop smoke clinic today and its my first smoke free day tomoz with the help of patches! she measurred my carbon monoxide in my breath and it was 6.2!! normal is about 1 for someone who lives in the city!! was shocked but im back next friday to meassure again cuz they can tell if u cheated!! lol im so determined to do it im sure it will be hard at 1st but breaking any kind of habit is hard!!

Post subject: that's a bit weird coz when i used to go, i only smoked ten a day and they were only roll ups and mine started off at 15 and the nurse said normal was about 2, even though i live in the country...so either my nurse was wrong, or yours is, and if yours is wrong then you don't actually have that much carbon monoxide in your body. how many do you smoke a day??
