Crying and screaming when pooing

Post subject: Crying and screaming when pooing
So we are on to lactose free formula. Regular gave her green and runny diarhhea. Soy and Gentlease made her painfully constipated. The poos are creamy, light yellow and pastey like peanut butter. (Sometimes a really really thick paste.) But she cries and screams when she poos, although not every time. Any ideas? It is very sad to watch.

I suggest if the problem has not resolved yet that you talk to your health visitor ,maybe keep a specimen for when she visits. She should not be distreesed when having a poo.
