Post subject: Interested in helping with developmental research? (London)
Is anyone interested in volunteering for a research study at the Institute of Psychiatry (part of King's College London)? I've asked the moderators before posting here.
We are looking for participants in the London area for a study of social development in young babies (2-4 months old). The session will involve your child listening to sounds while being in an MRI scanner – this is a safe and non-invasive procedure. The session will take place at the Institute of Psychiatry in Camberwell, London, and will take less than an hour. You will be reimbursed for your time and travel. We are hoping that this research will help us understand the development of social communication. If you are interested, or to find out more, please see our web page at http://www.iop.kcl.ac.uk/departments/?locator=999 or get in touch with any questions.
