sterilisation reversal

Post subject: consultation before the reversal Hi we went for our consultation on wed 25th march, i alreadi av 4 children to a previous marriage but now im with my new partner 3yrs now e is 14yr younger then me. So we went in to find out , the doc as decided that he as to get my maternity notes to find out how much tube as been cut from me then he is gunna decide wat he is gunna do, if there is a small amount left he sed he will do a laproscopy and av a look for himself than make is own mind up wether he can put em back together, or if there is enough tubing he will perform the op thru a c section cut on the bikini line so fingers crossed im waiting its friday today . he as to av a sperm count on monday... is there any one else sat wondering and waiting ... He did warn me that if my tubes ad had the ends cut off i had NO CHANCE....

Post subject: I dont know either hun, sorry. I had a knot at one end, and the rest disolved. Are they like staples? I'm sure you will feel much better once they are out.
Bloating takes a few weeks to go down, but the more you rest , the quicker you heal. xxxxxxxxx _________________

hi im new to all this so here goes, i have been sterilized for 8 yrs and i have 2 children 11 &13, as i work on the maternity unit i see those babys and want one myself, i have talked about it to my husband and we went to see my consultant privatly which cost £140 for 1hrs consultation,he did my sterilization back in 2002 which was good cause he remembered me and also looked at my hospital notes, the cost of this will be £3125 at the sandringham private hospital ,im not having this op done until sept/oct time as ive booked to go to cuba in nov and with what happened to me when i had my daughter i dont want it to happen again that way i can recover whilst on holiday, so i am defenatly going to have it done i will of course let you all know how it goes, please let me know if anyone has had it done with sucess good luck xxxxx Posted: Mon Mar 30, 2009 8:53 am

Post subject: staples (clips) Wey hey, i had my clips out today and it didnt hurt much at all!!!
Was glad to get the dressing off too!! Am feeling so much better and can't wait to start trying for our baby!! Just want to say a BIG thankyou to all on this forum as you have been my inspiration. I'm going over to the TTC boards now!! Always available for info on newbies tho, just shout Thankyou ladies, Love and baby dust to you all xxxx
