Confused hi has anyone suffered from braxton hicks they seem to be hourly and last about 30 seconds help anyone thanks lisa

I'm just about 34 weeks and I've been noticing the same thing. I actually have been keeping track of it today. Most likely its normal....just gettin ready to have that baby!!! Now, if there is 4 or more in the hour, that's when I would start to worry.
