Post subject: Changing to Cows Milk I have an eleven month old son and I understand that I can change him on to cows milk at twelve months. He is currently on powdered progess milk. Should I introduce this gradually or can I just change over? He was also born three weeks prematurely so should I take this into consideration and wait until he is slightly older before introducing the milk? Also can I stop sterilising bottles? Any advice appreciated.

Post subject: changing to cows milk My wee girl who is now 2 and a bit went on to cows milk slightly before she was 12 months. She took to it no problem whatsoever and we just decided to change her milk, finished the pack of powdered milk we had and bought her some full fat cows milk. She hasn't looked back since. Now she drinks about a pint a day she loves the stuff. Hopefully it will be as easy with my wee boy as it was with my wee girl and i hope it all goes smoothly for you!!
