i got a litel girl she is 18 monts old en has asma. som days weeks she is god as gold and dont realy ned her innhayler en then sudenly she starts opp at night end cant stopp coffing. you sitt ther trying to give her the innhhayler but she dont want it. it is so scary cant do anny ting. just have to sitt with her to she is back to normal. Post subject: Hi there Hei, my son doesnt have asthma but i did from a very young age and i remember how scared my mum used to look when i had a bad day/night. She used to come and get me from my bed when a was whezzing and prop me up next to her in her bed. I quite often refused my meds and preferd just to be close to my parents. I feel for you having to go through this, as a parent i cant imagine that kind of fear. I grew out of childhood asthma around 8/9 years old and it didnt return till my reflux got worse. I hope she grows out of it soon

my littel girl scare me so some days. her lips turns blu end she is strugling to brew the medisin helps but i dred the they they wont. she whas fine during the winter vel from desember to march dident juise the medesin more then tre fore time nove it is every day at list to time during the day and one to fore time tru the naitt. have taken her to the doktors but he just ses she has godt a cold and it is not a chesty one so dont worry she will be fain ( :evil: +++++++++++++ :evil: ) it is nott him ho is sitting opp en worry all nait long hope she dos gro out of it her dad did but got it back wen he was 25 yers. the refluks is better havent bin botering her for monts nove _________________    Posted: Tue Jun 10, 2008 7:37 pm
Post subject: O she had reflux too? Ok, id go see another doc for a second opinion, you get the answers you need to feel satisfied. They may check to see if she has silent reflux, this gives you no signals at all apart from some discomfort an hour or so after a meal OR asthma symtoms during the nights. Keep in touch and let me know how you get on.

to k to the dr to day and was told she has godt a chest infektion started on antibaiotik. :( (she was sin by him on friday en she wass fain :evil:) askt him abut the sailent reflux end he dident think that she suffer from it. call the hospital en spoke to her doktor ther en got and apointment nexst monday :) Had a lok at reflux on the innternet end som of the things fitt inn whit k end som dont but hopfully i will nove werry sun thank you for thelling me abut the silent refluks. it dos make sens inn a way. _________________ Posted: Thu Jun 12, 2008 3:42 am

tok k to the hospital yester day to get a anser to her refluks but no. The doktor diden iven sime innterested she just whanted to giv her some new asma medisins.and she her again in tre monts. I dont nove what to do my partner whas so happy she godt som new medesins but i ame not. Cant sey they helpt last night at all she whas so bad i ended opp sleeping on the sofa whit her. A big grump dis morning. Post subject: glad to hear you are trying to get the answers you need. doc tend to treat mums like they dont know anything!!!! I had same issue till i found a doc that took me seriously. keep looking!!!!

Post subject: i ame not coping at all lost the plot the oter night and left the house to cool down
I cant sleep during the they and dont sleep much during the night. sins my to girl having to sher a bedrom the oldest one dont get much sleep and have started to sleep during the day. Just trying to get hold of the docktor but just getting a flipping anser fhone plees cal back later. i ame sleep waking most of the day and stresst ute and it cant be good for this pregnensy i dont nove what to do.. somtime i just what to runn away and pretend i dont have kids have bad ame i.. dont think that the hospital ore my gp belivs me when i thel them have it is becose she is so happy and content juring the day _________________ Posted: Mon Jun 30, 2008 10:37 am
Post subject: I would really really advise you to go somewhere else and tell them you are not coping. Its nothing to be ashamed of, I have postnatal depression and have just started getting help. Its dangerous for you and the young ones for you to keep going like this. Skip the dopy arse doc you seeing at the mo.
