Post subject: breast feeding and hayfever
Can't find any info on whether you can take anti-histimines or use a steriod nasal spray when breast feeding. anyone know of any website that will give me reliable info?

Hi Sarah

you need to see your doctor - there is one type of antihistamine you can take, no steroid sprays though. The anti histamine isn't a one-a-day job either. Can't remember which one it is!!
