Is it just me but I have now conducted 7 pregnancy tests in the last week and they are all positive but I still cant get my head around the fact that I am pregnant.
Think I feel sick (from noon onwards) but perhaps that's just in my head rather than reality.

At what point does it become real???

hehe - I didn't believe it til after a blood test and confirmed by the nurse Very Happy

Book in to see your GP to discuss what happens next - your doctor might also do a blood test. Definitely starts to feel more real when medical people start talking about midwives etc.
