Put biscuits in food processor with cocoa powder (or in bag and bang rolling pin over them!) melt butter and mix in the biscuit crumbs and cocoa powder. Press into greased springform (23") cake tin and bake for 5 mins. Take out and leave to cool in fridge.
Mix cream cheese, caster sugar and vanilla essence on slow speed and then add one egg at a time while still mixing. do not mix too much as cheese will go funny!
Melt choc in a bowl over hot water and then spoon in a bit of the cream cheese mix at a time until it is all mixed together. Put this on the cold cheesecake base and then put the tin inside a larger tin or baking tray and fill this with water until its about halfway up the tin. Bake for 45 mins. Put in fridge and leave overnight. _________________
