At the moment Freya is on three bottles of milk a day. How much and when does she need milk, once she is one?

hello Mrs Legend Very Happy

how are you? haven't spoken for AGES - frey is gorgeous Very Happy

right - at 12 months, the rough guideline is 1pt of full fat cow's milk per day. How you go about it is up to you - remember milk in porridge and yoghurts all count Very Happy

we're good - Milly is lovely and has started doing 9 hrs at nigt pretty reliably as well as a daytime nap some days.

with the big night milk, be aware that once you start thinking about potty training in another 8 months or so you'll wnt less fluid before bed, so maybe offer milk with her tea and a small top up of warm milk before bed?

he's lovely - favourite word at the moment (apart from 'bum' and 'mine') is 'duddle' - meaning cuddle Very Happy he seems to really enjoy kissing and cuddling Milly, bless him.

She'll still be quite young for potty training then, won't she?
