for both mine i have cooked bulk loads, every month do a whole sunday morning of cooking and then put it all in the freezer, that way you know excatly whats going in the food that they eat and its so much better for them, i did a weaning course with both mine and they said that all jars (organic or not) are 75% sauce and the rest meat and veg.

you need to be careful with all of it hun as its all loaded with additives...your best pureeing some food from scratch so as you know exactly what is in it... start with simple foods then begin to mix them up a bit, remember to try different textures too so as they get used to the feel of normal food rather than a liquid diet...good luck. x _________________
