Okay so this isnt my recipe but wanted to share with you all as Ruby loves it!
Apple, Pear & Vanilla puree
Ingredients:
2 dessert apples, peeled, cored and chopped
2 ripe pears, peeled cored and chopped
4 tbsp unsweetened apple juice or water
1 vanilla pod
Method:
Put the fruit into a heavy-based saucepan together with the apple juice or water. Split the vanilla pod, scrape the seeds into the pan and throw in the split vanilla pod. Cover and cook over a low heat until tender (about 6 minutes). Remove the vanilla pod and blend the fruit to a smooth puree. _________________

The best thing I could tell everyone to buy to make a lot of their recipes in is the Lakeland microwave pot!!! They are about £3 and you can stew all your fruit and veg in the micro with water in them almost like steaming and it takes half the time and mess than a pot on the stove takes _________________ I'm not on here all the time so if you need anything PM me Arch x

Its an Annabel Karmel Recipe and Oliver loves it Very Happy
Its a good source of protein and iron.
LOVELY LENTILS
1/2 small onion finely chopped
4oz carrot chopped (i used frozen)
1/2oz celery chopped
1 tblspoon of veg oil
2oz split red lentils
7oz sweet potato (I added mine seperate [when serving it to Ollie] cos I already had a bag full of cubes)
14fl oz of veg stock..less if your adding your sweet potato seperate.
Saute the onion, carrot and celery in the oil for 5 mins or until soft.
Add the lentils and sweet potato and pour over the stock. Bring to the boil, turn down heat and simmer for 20 mins.
Then puree in a blender to the consistancy you want. I did mine quite lumpy as i'm moving Ollie onto stage 2. _________________

One of Izzys favourites puds is cooked and mashed apple with cinnamon (which you can freeze) - then add mashed up banana to it fresh at the time of feeding
Its nice warmed up a bit.
You cant freeze banana or keep it long mashed up as it goes horrible!
