Hi, first of all congratulations!
Well with the bloating take deflatine ( rennie ) its helps with trapped wind, bloating, acid ect and really helps, and its safe during pregnancy,
the morning sickness should ease of soon, theres all kinds of things that might help but nothing ever works with me Sad
when you get to the middle trimester you will start to feel a lot better for a while!
but then you get more problems in the 3rd trimester, you will feel better when baby is born lol
Hope you feel better soon!

aww hun so sorry, but bad news is, if you think thats bad wait till your further on, it gets so uncomfortable, and if owt like my daughter, chose to wake and kick at night, shed spin totally round, no matter wot i did, she stayed the same all way thru,
Now you cant wake her up, typical child Laughing
